Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operational Assistant to join our team at CHINATOWN FOOD CORPORATION PTE LTD.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring smooth shipment processing, and handling daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare supporting reports on a regular basis to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  2. Handle emails, phone calls, and inquiries in a professional manner to maintain excellent communication with internal teams and external partners.
  3. Assist in coordinating with logistics partners, customs agents, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient shipment processing.
  4. Utilize Microsoft Office skills to create presentations, documents, and spreadsheets as required.
  5. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A GCE 'O' Level qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience in administrative work, preferably in a logistics-related field.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Work Environment

This is a 5-day workweek position based in Yishun/Woodlands, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
