
Experiential Programme Coordinator

This is a critical role that requires the right candidate to support the coordination and implementation of Service-Learning's portfolio of programmes in collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Coordinate, manage and provide administrative support for experiential components of the NIE301 Learning with Communities course.
- Maintain relationships with community partners by conducting regular reviews and evaluating feedback.
- Coordinate, manage and administer secretariat functions for annual university awards.
- Oversee development and administration of grants that support Service-Learning programmes and initiatives.
- Monitor grant deliverables and prepare annual financial updates for donor impact report.
- Support the monitoring and implementation of SUSS students' experiential graduation requirements.
- Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A degree holder with at least 5 years of professional experience preferably in the education and/or community sector.
- Strong analytical, communication, networking and presentation skills.
- A resourceful team player and leader with initiative and interpersonal skills, and a high level of integrity.
- Strong coordination, administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage and work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Intellectually inquisitive; with a good awareness of current and global affairs.
- Experience in data analytics, awards, grants and/or funds administration is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Professional applications.
