Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily job deployment and service maintenance jobs
  • Train and guide merchants on the usage of payment devices
  • Provide on-site installations, retrievals, or programming of payment devices and peripherals
  • Provide on-site and on-call troubleshooting and technical support
  • Submit service reports in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Minimum ITE/GCE N level
  • Able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • On-the-job training will be provided
  • Able to carry out solo deployments
  • Basic IT and networking knowledge, preferably with hands-on experience with electronic products or equipment
