Job Overview

As a Field Service Technician at MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our mission-critical systems. Your primary role will be to carry out Corrective Maintenance (CM) to restore the system to its operational condition, as well as perform Field Testing to ensure the correct configuration of the system. Additionally, you will be responsible for Spares Services, including managing spares provisioning, support, and test equipment, as well as undertaking store keeping functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out Corrective Maintenance (CM) to restore system to operational condition
  • Perform Field Testing to ensure correct system configuration
  • Manage spares provisioning, support, and test equipment
  • Undertake store keeping functions
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) on hardware to retain system in specified operational condition
  • Liaise with vendor to perform calibration services on test equipment

Requirements
  • Minimally 1-2 years of experience in supporting network, security, server and UPS
  • Minimally 1-2 years of experience in supporting mission critical systems with a stringent SLA of 99.9%
  • Well-versed in IT Service Management (ITSM) standards, processes, guidelines and best practices
  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in IT/Engineering discipline

Preferred Qualifications
  • CCNA certified
  • Prior working experience in Server / Network / Uninterruptible Power System / Security products
