We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Planning Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional who is passionate about emergency management, crisis planning, and healthcare operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including hospital administrators, medical staff, and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Management of EP Equipment: Develop and implement strategies for the effective management of emergency planning equipment, ensuring that all assets are properly maintained, tracked, and deployed.
- Crisis Counselling: Provide crisis counselling services to individuals affected by emergency situations, offering emotional support and guidance during critical times.
- Emergency Response Plan: Review and update the hospital's emergency response plan to ensure that it is comprehensive, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, medical staff, and external agencies, to facilitate effective communication, coordination, and collaboration.
- Min Degree in any course
