Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our Emergency Planning team. As an Emergency Planning Executive, you will be responsible for managing emergency planning activities, ensuring the hospital's readiness and response to crisis situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of emergency planning equipment and supplies
  • Planning and execution of emergency equipment procurement and maintenance
  • Collaboration with Biomedical Equipment Department to maintain asset tracking and reporting
  • Review of hospital emergency response plans and coordination of exercises and drills
  • Participation in Ops Centre workshops and planning of integrated general hospital infrastructure requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum degree in any course and possess skills in crisis counselling, hospitals, crisis situations management, asset tracking, healthcare, consumables, crisis planning, procurement, emergency response, crisis communications, crisis management, crisis communication and media management, and audit.
