Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
  • Lead the retail management team in providing consumer-centric services to build a sustainable and loyal customer base.
  • Drive online store development to achieve consumer requisition and sales targets within desired ROI on online channels.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to drive sales and enhance the visibility of beauty products.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to beauty products, ensuring all purchased items meet legal and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, supplier contracts, and pricing information.
Requirements:
  • Strong commercial skills in consumer goods and services industry.
  • Proven experience as a buyer or category manager in the beauty industry, preferably within a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of beauty product trends, market dynamics, and industry best practices.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with a track record of achieving cost savings and favorable terms.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards for beauty products.
