Key Responsibilities- Network Infrastructure Management: Monitor and maintain office network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security through regular maintenance and updates.
- Incident Management: Manage incidents, change requests, and support projects related to network and system operations where needed.
- Technical Support: Act as an escalation point for customer problems and contact for service issues, and commit to SLA requirements of our ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Security Compliance: Ensure network systems are compliant to security policies, follow the standard operating process (SOP).
- IT Security Measures: Implement and maintain IT security measures, including firewalls, to safeguard company data and systems.
- Education: Diploma or degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows and macOS).
- Networking Fundamentals: Understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing, and LAN technology including switching and routing fundamentals.
- Incident Management: Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Documentation: Competent at documenting standard operating procedures and knowledge articles.
- Network Infrastructure: In-depth knowledge of best practices, control, and monitoring of network infrastructure.
- Availability: Ability to cover after-office hours and weekend support when needed.
- Soft Skills: Proactive, strong ownership mindset, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels.
- Windows Server Administration: Hands-on experience in Windows server administration and basic knowledge in Linux server administration is a plus.
- Professional Certifications: Professional Qualification - Microsoft Certified/CCNA is a plus.
- Cisco Devices: Knowledge of basic setup and configuration of Cisco devices such as firewall, switch, IP phones, wireless controller, and access points is a plus.
