This role is ideal for individuals who are highly independent, self-motivated, and collaborative in a team setting. You will have the opportunity to support a dynamic team and contribute to the development, implementation, and review of CareHub's functions and initiatives.
Responsibilities- Serve as a knowledge champion, creating, reviewing, and uploading articles to ensure a relevant knowledge management system.
- Support training and refresher sessions for CareHub team members, including the creation of knowledge quizzes and competency assessments.
- Conduct audits on call and email cases to ensure standards are met.
- Troubleshoot basic IT issues and escalate complex incidents to the appropriate parties.
- Collaborate with other departments to support CareHub operations and administration.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also assist with administrative tasks such as coordinating paperwork, updating training plans, and providing necessary resources to new employees.
