DESIGNATION : Patient Service Assistant (Call Centre Agent)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for answering phone enquiries, feedback and appointment bookings for Denticare while projecting professionalism and the organisation's core values at all times.
- Provide accurate and relevant information to patients or clients of Denticare
- Project excellent product knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism in handling all enquiries
- Manage difficult clients with compassion, patience and sincerity with a goal to resolve the matter as amicably as possible
- Provide a complete report of the case and channel the feedback to the relevant department
- Gathering sufficient information from patients to arrange for the appointment booking
- Managing the appointment booking promptly and accurately

QUALIFICATIONS
- Min ‘O’ Level
- Min 1 year related working experience
- Experience working in a call centre will be an added advantage
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (written and verbal)
- Possess patience and courtesy to provide an initial contact point for queries
