Global Supply Chain Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead the development and execution of a world-class, scalable, reliable, and future-ready supply chain network. This high-impact role is responsible for building a resilient, data-driven supply chain that ensures agility, scalability, and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in supply chain network design and planning, particularly within manufacturing and logistics environments. They will also possess expertise in designing scalable and agile supply chain models to enhance efficiency and network capacity.
Responsibilities include developing and executing a global supply chain network strategy, ensuring network and asset capacity planning aligns with demand while optimizing asset utilization and capital deployment. The director will also lead a high-performing team of supply chain and industrial engineers, partnering with data scientists and logistics experts.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain network design, logistics engineering, or industrial engineering is required. Additionally, the candidate must have strong background in leveraging data analytics and flow modeling to optimize material flow and supply chain performance.
