Supply Chain Operations Manager

Scope of Work:

The role will oversee all supply chain activities, managing a network of manufacturers and service providers globally.

  • Managing global communications with manufacturers, sourcing new suppliers, and maintaining close relationships.
  • Lowering cost of goods sold by continuously reducing COGS while maintaining product quality and lowering freight and logistics costs.
  • Managing new product development with manufacturers, including ideation, sampling, production, and shipment to warehouses.
  • Working with finance and demand centers to optimize inventory levels for each product in respective markets.

Special Projects:

You'll work on operational excellence initiatives, including optimizing deliveries and customer support, and potentially owning manufacturing facilities for strategic intent.

Criteria:

  • At least 10 years of experience managing supply chains and manufacturing for FMCG brands.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A network of supplier contacts with strong relationships.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to derive processes and audit existing workflows.
  • Numbers-driven, able to analyze data and manage budgets.
  • Intuitive, independent, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Enjoy working in flat hierarchy structures.
  • Work from an office in Singapore's CBD area.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred.
