Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage operation and systems as well as review and improve the functional units in Operation Support Service
  • Collaborate with various functions to manage and review feedback and incidents, ensuring corrective actions are taken and necessary follow-ups are completed
  • Assist in managing the department's logistics, equipment, and services, including procurement, inventory, payments, and records management
  • Work closely with different departments, including clinics and external agencies to coordinate operations, compliance, and collaborative partnerships

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration/Business Management or equivalent required

Minimum 5 years or more of related working experience
