Role Overview

As a Credit and Collections Analyst at GLOBALFOUNDRIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing credit exposure, conducting credit assessments, and supporting cash forecast activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts to ensure credit exposure is understood and controlled
• Conduct regular credit assessments and analysis for new and existing customers
• Support weekly and monthly cash forecast activities to meet targets
• Liaise with internal teams to facilitate shipment release and on-hold preparation work
• Perform credit releases and make recommendations to ensure timely decision-making
• Support internal and external inquiries related to AR and credit issues
• Review and monitor customer data to enhance collections activities
• Collaborate with the Account Manager and Customer Service Representative to improve collections and dispute resolution
• Perform cash application for trade and non-trade customers
• Assist in generating Billing, Debit Note, and Credit Note documents
• Process refunds to customers

Requirements

• Minimum 0-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Oracle Financial R12 system
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Effective communication skills at all levels
