Global Mobility Contract Professional

">About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Global Mobility Contract Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in managing complex contracts and ensuring compliance across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Management & Governance:

    • Manage the full contract lifecycle from inception to termination, including negotiation and execution with stakeholders.
    • Spearhead alignment with corporate policies via liaison with Legal, Procurement, and HR teams.
    • Track contractual obligations, milestones, renewals, risks, and maintain accurate registers.

  • Transformation Projects Implementation Support:

    • Support the onboarding process for group companies onto the APro platform.
    • Administer IGTA agreements to ensure data privacy compliance.

  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

    • Liaise with vendors to guarantee performance, service levels, and contractual deliverables.
    • Foster collaborative relationships with Global Mobility, Legal, Finance, and HR teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in global mobility, HR operations, or commercial contracts.

  • Proven expertise in complex service agreements and vendor management.

  • Strong understanding of global mobility processes and international compliance.
