As a key member of the Allegro Support Team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch application managed services for the global commodities trading community.

Your primary objective will be to serve as a hands-on support specialist, adept at resolving complex user issues, managing support incidents, and collaborating with the global AMS team to resolve critical support issues.

">

Key responsibilities include owning and managing operational procedures, developing an in-depth understanding of the energy/commodity industry, and working effectively with dispersed teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in Allegro technical configuration, familiarity with Allegro Class events (C#/.NET), and the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly are essential qualifications.

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Presentation skills
  • Technical configuration experience of Allegro
  • Familiarity with Allegro Class events (C#/.NET)

A strong background in trading environments (Gas and Power) is preferred. Experience in consulting is a plus but not essential.
