Quality Assurance Manager Role

The Quality Assurance Manager position is centered around guaranteeing that provided processes and systems align with customer and company requirements, as well as statutory regulations.

This entails adopting a risk-based approach to defining and implementing quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance, identifying deficiencies, certifying products, and evaluating and minimizing potential quality-related risks.

Key responsibilities include serving as a point of contact for customers on quality matters, developing working relationships with counterparts in the customer's organization, proactively identifying risks, and collaborating with project and bid teams in resolving problems.

Additional key responsibilities involve building trusted relationships and influencing project and bid teams to focus on delivering customer satisfaction, confirming customer technical and non-technical requirements are well understood, and ensuring deliverables comply with applicable regulations and standards.

Essential knowledge and experience required include tertiary qualifications in project or bid management, an engineering or related technical discipline, audit qualifications background, and minimum 5 years of experience in engineering with a good understanding of systems and software development principles and lifecycles.
