We are seeking a seasoned quality assurance professional to lead our inspection team.
About the Role:
- Lead and Guide Inspectors: Ensure that all inspectors perform inspections according to established procedures, promoting efficiency and accuracy throughout the process.
- Conduct Monthly Reports: Generate monthly reports on Incoming Quality performance, including key metrics and trends to inform decision-making.
- Train and Develop Team Members: Conduct On-The-Job Training for IQA Inspectors, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Ensure Compliance: Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical principles and practices.
- Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in ISO9000 system, supervisory skills, PCBA manufacturing, and MS Office applications, combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and driving process improvements.
