Quality Assurance Professional

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Professional to assume the role of Quality Assurance Officer.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Investigate and report on any observed nonconformances and customer returns.
- Assist in preparing the organization for customer audit, regulatory audits, and external accreditation reviews.
- Participate in internal audit and design development programs.
- Perform monthly laboratory tests, data analysis, and quality reports.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum Diploma in Food Science or Quality or related professional Engineering certificate, with at least 3 years of QA working experience in the food industry. Strong knowledge in ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 management system is required, with ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification a must.
Required Skills: Analytical thinking, decision-making, reporting, strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin languages, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain effective quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure product quality and safety. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as necessary.
