Experienced Tradesperson Wanted for Plastering and Finishing Work

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to undertake plastering and related tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in applying plaster, render, and skimming coats to walls and ceilings.
Responsibilities:- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, repairing cracks, levelling, and priming as required.
- Mix and apply plaster, mortar, cement, and related materials to the required consistency for each specific task.
- Apply plaster, render, and skimming coats to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Evaluate finished work to ensure it meets project specifications and quality standards.
- Repair, patch, or restore existing plasterwork where necessary.
- Comply with building codes, material specifications, and workplace safety regulations.
- Collaborate with supervisors, contractors, and team members to meet project deadlines.
- Protect surrounding areas and fixtures from plastering work to maintain site cleanliness.
- Maintain all tools, equipment, and work areas in good, safe condition.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and have a strong attention to detail. They will also be able to work at heights and in confined spaces.
