Experienced Plasterer Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastering, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces by cleaning, measuring, and applying bonding agents. They will also mix plaster, cement, or other materials to the required consistency and apply coats of plaster or render to walls, ceilings, and partitions. Additionally, they will use hand tools (trowels, floats, hammers) and power tools to achieve smooth or textured finishes.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Preparing surfaces by cleaning, measuring, and applying bonding agents.
- Mixing plaster, cement, or other materials to the required consistency.
- Applying coats of plaster or render to walls, ceilings, and partitions.
- Using hand tools (trowels, floats, hammers) and power tools to achieve smooth or textured finishes.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of plastering experience in construction projects.
- Knowledge of different plastering techniques (skim coat, stucco, cement rendering).
- Ability to read and understand site instructions and measurements.
- Physically fit and able to work at heights or in confined spaces.
