Job Title: Creative Media Specialist

The role of the Creative Media Specialist is to conceptualise and produce engaging, brand-aligned content across digital platforms.


About the Job
  • Create and edit captivating video content for digital media outlets.
  • Develop innovative ideas that align with our brand identity and resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate on live-streaming sessions and assist in conceptualising special effects and creative content.
  • Design posters, infographics, and photos for campaigns and social media.
  • Craft compelling captions and copy for online postings and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualise and produce engaging video content for digital platforms.
  • Develop creative content ideas that align with brand identity.
  • Assist with live streaming sessions – experience preferred.
  • Design and develop visual content using graphic design software.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms.
  • Track and analyse content performance to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Graduates or students majoring in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields will be given priority.
  • Passionate about the beauty/retail industry.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good administrative and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software will be an added advantage.
  • Internet savvy with strong research and digital skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent team player with integrity and accountability.
