Content Creation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and creatively driven Content Creator to develop engaging social media campaigns that showcase our inclusive fitness community.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of multimedia content creation, social media, or creative production, with experience in video editing, photography, and copywriting.

A portfolio demonstrating high-quality video work with creative versatility is essential for this role. Additionally, proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Photoshop and Illustrator is highly valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for campaigns, events, workouts, member testimonials, social reels, and paid ads.
  • Brand Storytelling & Creative Direction: Transform briefs into impactful creative content that reflects our brand voice, audience expectations, and business objectives.
  • Technical Craft & Excellence: Deliver polished content with attention to pacing, rhythm, transitions, sound design, and visual balance.
  • Content Calendar Management: Own and manage the monthly social media calendar, working closely with the extended team.
  • Copywriting & Social Captions: Write concise, on-brand, engaging copy for social media posts, video captions, TikTok hooks, email campaigns, and in-gym promotional materials.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of working experience in multimedia content creation, social media or creative production.
  • A portfolio demonstrating high-quality, engaging video work with creative versatility.
  • Strong technical understanding of photography and video production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with bonus points for basic After Effects or Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Proficient in writing/copywriting. Mandatory to be native or fluent English speaker.
  • A clear and concise style of communication, with a creative/fun spin when relevant.
  • Ability to think outside the box and create innovative, fun, and engaging content.
  • Strong project management skills & the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment independently.
