Job Title

We are seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing EHS policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

About the Role

The EHS Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards. This includes conducting risk assessments, developing training programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
  • Develop and deliver training programs
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address safety hazards
Requirements:
  • BSc degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with the Ministry of Manpower
  • Registered Fire Safety Manager with SCDF
  • Over three years of hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining ISO management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)

Safety KPIs:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of safety KPIs. These may include metrics such as:
