We are seeking a skilled and passionate educator to lead our preschool team. As a L2 Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring our teachers to deliver high-quality early childhood education.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide educational leadership and guidance to our preschool team.
- Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with our school's mission and values.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development in children.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of lessons and activities.
Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- ECDA-approved L2 certification or degree in early childhood education.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a preschool setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
