Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to work with application teams on challenges to existing batch workflows in Automic and file transfer rules in IBM Sterling.

  • Support Automic AWA and File Transfer BAU change requests, incidents, and IT projects.
  • Provide detailed RFIs for audit requirements on batch workflows in Automic and file transfer rules in IBM Sterling for client applications.
  • Perform SPS MSSL market trial on-boarding for active Market Retailers as per user requests.
  • Support Automic Upgrade project for SIT and UAT testing.
  • Assist the ITS SCO and applications team in SFX/Automic Skillset transformation by guiding file transfer event setup, batch job design, creation, and modification.
  • Automate on-boarding and off-boarding trading partners in SFX.
  • Improve provisioning processes for Automic and SFX project environments.
  • Migrate file routing rules from QA to PROD.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Automic support.
  • Desirable: 1 year of experience in IBM Sterling.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Automic (UC4).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions independently.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
