Job Title: Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator role involves supporting projects that aim to upgrade various systems in train stations and depots. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities:
• Inspect and supervise contractor work such as laying fibre optic cables, installing cable trays, and testing telecommunication equipment.
• Act as an onsite coordinator or person in charge to provide access for contractors at stations/tracks and ensure their safe access.
• Ensure compliance with rules and regulations according to internal procedures.

Requirements:
• Minimum NITEC in Electronics, Electrical, or Data Communication disciplines, or at least 3 years of experience in cabling contractor work.
• Safety supervisory certification is an advantage.

Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with large and diverse teams.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of data networking, including configuring routers, servers, and switches, is preferred.
• Willingness to perform duties at night during non-passenger hours as needed.
• Good oral and communication skills; ability to work independently.
