Job Description:

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

You will plan, schedule, and carry out maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.

Additionally, you will diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues, taking corrective actions promptly.

Other responsibilities include developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, collaborating with production, quality, and safety teams, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Finally, you will provide support for the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and carry out maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues, taking corrective actions promptly.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams to ensure maintenance activities meet operational and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for compliance and tracking purposes.
  • Provide support for the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and system upgrades.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in maintenance or technical roles within manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, controls, and maintenance practices.
  • Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and basic data analysis is an advantage.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
