Project Coordination Role

The role involves managing and coordinating CSA works for high-tech facilities, ensuring timely completion and quality standards. Experience with local codes, regulations, and construction site environments is required.

  • Coordinate and manage CSA works, including review of drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and completing CSA scope on time and within budget.
  • Monitor on-site CSA construction activities to ensure compliance with design, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key qualifications include a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture, along with 2–5 years of relevant experience in cleanroom, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or data center projects.

  1. Familiarity with local codes and regulations, such as BCA and SCDF requirements.
  2. Experience working with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
  3. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks is a plus. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong negotiation and leadership skills.
