Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Director to drive change and augment our HR capabilities.

This is a hands-on role managing a lean HR team, responsible for HR strategy and operations, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance and rewards, talent management and development, employee engagement and employee relations.

The successful candidate will partner closely with the CEO to shape a forward-looking, values-driven people agenda and embed a culture that supports innovation, agility, and sustainable growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • degree qualified with demonstrated track record in HR generalist leadership roles partnering senior C-suite leaders in high performing companies
  • experience in post M&A HR integration and outsourcing of offshoring HR operations
  • deep HR domain expertise across HR policies, the entire employee lifecycle HR operations, HR governance, and delivering HR solutions for both white and blue collared workers
  • execution-focused, comfortable with both strategic leadership or day-to-day operational delivery
  • strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
