After School Care Teacher



Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily assignments and homework given by the school shall be completed before returning home.
  • Supervise and review English spellings, execute an in-house lesson plan to provide extra holistic learning.
  • Organize holiday programs and excursions for students.
  • Manage a class of students effectively and address disciplinary issues using a positive approach when necessary.
  • Work between 1.30-7pm, ensuring the safety and well-being of students at all times.
Requirements:
  • Qualification: College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma Required
  • Skill(s): Classroom Coaching, Management, Administration
  • Year(s) of Experience: At least 1 year(s) of experience
  • Position Level: Junior Executive
  • Specialization: Education or equivalent

As an educator, you are required to possess certain skills including coaching, childcare, classroom management, teaching, tolerance, work well independently, stress management, interpersonal skills, trusting relationships, early childhood education, administration, care planning, first aid, wellbeing, and team player.
