Student Care Teacher Role

As a Student Care Teacher, you will play a vital role in the educational and personal development of primary school children. Your responsibilities will include conducting after-school programs that align with our center's framework and guidelines, guiding children to complete their daily homework, and keeping records of their progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging after-school programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Support students in completing their daily homework and developing essential study skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and address their educational and developmental needs.
  • Plan and conduct daily and holiday programs that promote socialization, physical activity, and cognitive development.
  • Facilitate a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment that fosters creativity and curiosity.
  • Communicate effectively with parents to provide updates on student progress and well-being.
  • Contribute to centre operations as delegated by senior staff.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to inspire students to reach their full potential academically and holistically.
