Key Responsibilities- Lead a lean portfolio of privately held clients, providing strategic guidance as the company continues to grow and expand its market share within the property development sector.
- Drive business growth by leveraging technical knowledge in corporate governance, enabling the team to make informed decisions.
- Work autonomously, with the ability to be a Qualified Individual registered with ACRA, ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements.
- CSIS qualification and willingness to be a QI are essential for this role, given the importance of corporate governance requirements for entities.
- Mandarin speakers are highly valued due to communication requirements with Chinese stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a lean organization, with hands-on management of existing portfolios, is advantageous.
