Facilities Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Professional to join our organization.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks for electrical, aircon, mechanical, building, and repairs.

  • Performing routine maintenance operations for facilities or buildings, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Attending to defects and customers' complains promptly, responding to any fault reports, client requests, or any breakdowns efficiently
  • Conducting preventive checks and troubleshooting on M&E systems, recording or informing supervisor of any faults or issues during routine checking

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities and equipment are properly maintained and serviced. This includes performing routine maintenance operations, attending to defects and customer complaints, and conducting preventive checks and troubleshooting on M&E systems.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A minimum NTC/ITE/NITEC/HIGHER NITEC/VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE in Mechanical/Air-Con/Electrical/Building/Facility Management or maintenance
  • A minimum 2 years and above experience in Facilities Maintenance or Engineering company
