Job Description

This is a full-time role, with the option of being based at our Inizio group offices in Singapore (working in a hybrid pattern).

You will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of quantitative brand equity tracking programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and actionable insights.

You will work closely with your manager to write questionnaires, test survey links, and ensure data integrity throughout the research process.

You will be responsible for data analysis and reporting, identifying key trends and insights. You will also help craft compelling presentations alongside senior team members.

You will have a strong focus on specific therapeutic areas and collaborate directly with the client to support their brand planning and strategic development.

You will also play a key role in supporting the Director in running workshops, helping client teams translate research insights into strategic brand development and decision-making.

Your job will involve mentoring and managing junior team members, ensuring best practices and knowledge sharing within the team.
