We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our talent acquisition efforts, focusing on employer branding and volume recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully partnering with educational institutions to organize recruitment fairs and drive employer branding initiatives. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding strategies to promote SATS as a preferred employer.
- Collaborate closely with E2i (Employment and Employability Institute) to drive volume recruitment efforts through innovative sourcing strategies and high-touch channels.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including educational institutions and government bodies, to attract top talent and create pipelines for volume recruitment.
- Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in partnering with educational institutions for recruitment fairs and employer branding.
- Prior experience as an in-house or external recruiter is required; candidates with cross-functional project management and data analysis skills will be at an advantage.
