The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully partnering with educational institutions to organize recruitment fairs and drive employer branding initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with E2i (Employment and Employability Institute) to drive volume recruitment efforts through innovative sourcing strategies and high-touch channels.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including educational institutions and government bodies, to attract top talent and create pipelines for volume recruitment.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in partnering with educational institutions for recruitment fairs and employer branding.
  • Prior experience as an in-house or external recruiter is required; candidates with cross-functional project management and data analysis skills will be at an advantage.
