Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full cycle recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and closing. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and the ability to execute them successfully.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with hiring managers, and have a proven track record of successful talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Source and recruit high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  3. Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and provide guidance on the best hiring approach.
  4. Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer extension and onboarding.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field of study.
  • Proven track record of successful talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
