Enterprise Architecture Role

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Architect to join our team on a contract basis for a duration of 4-6 months. This project will involve designing and implementing new systems, as well as reviewing existing architecture documentations to understand the current system landscape.

The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and solutioning for new systems, including designing high-level system architecture and developing solutions and recommending implementation approaches and roadmaps. They will also conduct product and technology evaluation, including making recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review existing architecture documentations to understand current system landscape
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze project and architectural requirements
  • Architect and solution new systems, including designing high-level system architecture and developing solutions and recommending implementation approaches and roadmaps
  • Conduct product and technology evaluation, including making recommendations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise architecture design and solution architecture definition
  • Relevant recognition and/or certification of competency as an Architect
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns
  • Track record of designing and implementing medium to large-scale systems
  • Experience with on-premises, cloud, or hybrid architectures
  • Technical knowledge of enterprise content management, case management, enterprise search, collaboration platform, and business process management
  • Domain knowledge of law enforcement, insurance, hospital, or other relevant industries
  • Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
