Job Title: Senior Systems Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Architect to lead our product development efforts.

  • Cross-functional leadership skills are essential for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of systems engineering principles.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external resources is required.
  • A solid understanding of system design and architecture is necessary for success in this role.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to mentor and develop a team are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and orchestrate all design disciplines toward cohesive product development.
  • Own the overall system architecture and design strategy for embedded products.
  • Manage and guide external engineering partners.
  • Ensure integration across all technical domains.
  • Design for manufacturability from the outset.
  • Coordinate the transition from prototype to production.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering.
  • Experience leading product development efforts from concept through production.
  • Solid understanding of systems engineering principles.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in hardware design.
  • Strong embedded software knowledge.
  • Experience in a startup or small team environment.
  • Familiarity with microcontroller architectures.
