This is a Senior Programme Manager and Development Specialist
- Ensures all programme requirements are met for trainees' assessment, evaluation, training plans, and motivational management.
- Pursues best practice approaches in training, intervention, and management methodologies to deliver innovative programmes.
- Engages caregiver involvement in programmes and maintains open feedback channels through events like CSI and CLR sessions.
- Fosters consistency and timeliness in managing trainees with age-appropriate, person-centric, and human life-cycle approaches.
- Facilitates team-based case conferences and reviews with Training Officers, Allied Health Professionals, and Caregivers.
- Explores and shares new training methods, introducing innovative techniques to the centre.
- Maintains records on trainees' health, safety, and security.
Staff Management and Development
- Determines efficient manpower allocation plans and provides support when required.
- Provides supervision, guidance, and mentorship for staff.
- Orients, guides, and mentors new staff in executing their roles and responsibilities.
- Built effective teams and fosters collaborative working environments to achieve collective outcomes.
- Monitors planned programmes and activities for execution.
- Audits adherence to centre guidelines and protocols.
- Liaises with teams for information sharing and best practices dissemination.
- IDentifies training needs and develops relevant skills for assigned projects.
- Provides regular feedback, monitors performance, and conducts annual reviews.
Event, Activity, and Volunteer Management
- Coordinates internal and external events for trainee development and social integration.
- Cultivates community partnerships for trainee independence and public awareness of special needs inclusion.
- Promotes volunteer engagement, monitoring and evaluating such programs.
Business Unit Operations
- Manages Centre Social Enterprise Units, contracts, and work assignments for trainee employment programs.
- Collaborates with the Social Enterprise Team to develop new products and services.
- Redesigns and streamlines work process flows for efficiency.
- Assigns staff and trainees for new work assignments.
Administrative Operations
- Tracks operational documentations, reports, and accountability submissions.
