Software Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to determine the overall strategic and operational scope of new business opportunities with customers and prospects.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers and solution specialists.
  • Participate in RFP processes with sales organizations.
  • Upsell and cross-sell within named accounts.
  • Monitor operations quality and oversee service adaptation and utilization.
  • Identify new opportunities and support targeted campaign enablement and upsell.
  • Attend customer calls and presentations as an expert resource.
  • Develop account plans with sales teams to maximize opportunities and increase profit attainment.
  • Drive resolution of escalations by working with customers, account teams, and internal support teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial awareness, financial forecasting skills, and process management expertise.

They will also have experience with sales methodologies, value-based selling, and cloud computing technologies such as Azure and Windows 10.

This role requires a unique blend of business analysis, sales, and technical skills, making it an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Licenses, forecasting skills, and experience with Active Directory, Customer Engagement, Operations Management, Agile, Selling, Sales Process, Consulting, Business Analyst, and Customer Intelligence are preferred qualifications.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong commercial awareness and financial forecasting skills.
  • Experience with sales methodologies and value-based selling.
  • Cloud computing technologies such as Azure and Windows 10.
