Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) professional to lead our site operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and environmental practices on construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement comprehensive HSE policies, procedures and programs.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards.
- Investigate and report incidents, accidents and near-misses in a timely manner.
- Develop and deliver training programs to site personnel on best practices in HSE.
Requirements:
- Registration as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing safety on construction sites.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards and best practices.
