SAP ERP Service Delivery Manager RoleThe incumbent will oversee the delivery of SAP services to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. They will manage the performance of the service delivery team, coordinating with various stakeholders, managing budgets, and streamlining service delivery processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:- Oversee SAP service delivery, meeting client requirements, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of coordinators, process analysts, technical leaders, and engineers.
- Track and report on service delivery performance using KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve issues impacting service delivery, working closely with technical teams to implement solutions.
- Manage budgets for service delivery, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- More than 10 years of experience in SAP modules, with at least 4 years as a Service Delivery Manager.
- Strong background in SAP modules like FICO, HR, SD, MM, WM, PP, EWM, etc.
- Experience in S/4HANA or cloud implementation.
- Motivation to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and short notice.
