Job Title: Ecommerce Operations Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced ecommerce operations coordinator to spearhead our warehouse fulfillment and delivery strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing efficient logistics solutions that meet the needs of our e-commerce clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain product roadmaps for warehouse fulfillment and last-mile delivery services.
- Lead discovery on real-time tracking features and platform integrations such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and WooCommerce.
- Collaborate with e-commerce merchants to understand pain points in order management, inventory, and delivery scheduling.
- Define and refine APIs to enable seamless order flow from merchants' stores into our Inventory Management System.
- Partner with engineering teams to optimize delivery algorithms, routing optimization, and tracking interfaces.
- Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to evolve storage, packing, and fulfillment processes.
- Define success metrics and analyze performance to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for candidates with strong experience in sales, warehousing, product design, inventory management, marketing strategy, and digital marketing. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required, along with proficiency in API development and project management tools.
A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
