Streamline Operations with Industrial Engineering Expertise

As a seasoned Industrial Engineer, you will lead the way in enhancing operational efficiency by applying expertise in supply chain optimization, process improvement, and automation technologies.

  • Analyze current supply chain workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies using time studies, value stream mapping, and data analytics.
  • Design and implement process improvements and automation solutions (e.g. RPA, WMS automation, data integration) to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and logistics teams to evaluate and deploy technologies that improve supply chain performance.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to monitor the impact of process changes and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional projects focused on lean initiatives, process standardization, and systems optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain optimization, process improvement, or industrial engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of lean principles, Six Sigma, and automation technologies (e.g. RPA, warehouse automation).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power BI) and process modeling software (e.g. Visio, AutoCAD).
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
