Job Title: Product Development Support Specialist
About the RoleThis role is responsible for supporting product strategy for a young adult segment credit card. Key objectives include driving product penetration, growing market share, and maximizing profitability within this target demographic.
- Manage marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely rollout of marketing campaigns.
- Track key performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong analytical skills, good communication and presentation skills, as well as a customer-centric focus.
This role involves working independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects concurrently, and delivering excellent customer experiences. It requires a meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance standards with minimal risk.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in card marketing or product management in the banking/finance sector, or be a fresh graduate with relevant skills and knowledge. They should have a good understanding of the young adult segment, their financial needs, and lifestyle preferences.
