Portfolio Performance Driver

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving portfolio performance and strategy across respective regions.

  • Develop and execute cross-divisional and external supplier competitiveness support to optimize COGS productivity.
  • Pursue growth targets and battle plans with sales leaders to achieve financial success while respecting global guidelines and brand strategy.
  • Act as the voice of the market to define product specifications and position products in customer segments, ensuring profitable opportunities.
  • Align regional portfolio strategy with global strategy and act as gatekeeper to support front-line sales teams.
  • Provide expertise in category management, pricing strategy, and procurement, while coordinating regular benchmarking against competitors.

Key Responsibilities:
