Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as the Head of School for our English language preparatory and foundation diploma courses. As a key member of our academic leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational direction to ensure excellence in teaching, learning, and academic administration.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of academic programs, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and industry standards.
  • Provide academic leadership to uphold high standards in teaching, learning, and assessment across the school.

As a collaborative and innovative leader, you will work closely with internal and external partners to enrich curriculum design and teaching materials. You will also champion student engagement and learning support initiatives to help all students thrive academically.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Master's Degree in a related discipline, with PhD candidates given priority consideration.
  • At least 10 years' experience in higher education or equivalent, including 3 years of managerial experience.

Additionally, you should demonstrate:

  • Strong understanding of curriculum design, academic leadership, and higher education administration.
  • Experience with digital learning tools and blended/online delivery modes.
  • Proven ability to lead and support academic teams, manage resources, and drive staff development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
  • Ability to support change and continuous improvement within an educational setting.
