Early Childhood Educator Opportunity
About the RoleThis role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement engaging and interactive learning activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of infants aged 2 months to 18 months.
- Cultivate strong relationships with families by maintaining open communication channels, facilitating regular progress updates, and providing support for their child's development.
- Contribute to the creation of a collaborative and inclusive work environment by sharing knowledge, expertise, and best practices with colleagues.
- Evaluate and refine existing programs and processes to ensure alignment with current educational trends and regulatory requirements.
- Locally accredited qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Higher Certificate in Infant Care (Category EY1).
- Advanced Certificate in Early Years (Category EY2).
- Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (Category L1).
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (Category L2).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
