About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Planning and Implementation: Develop and deliver high-quality lessons that align with curriculum frameworks and cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with families and community partners to support continuity of care and community development.
  • Caregiving and Daily Routines: Conduct assessments and ensure quality caregiving practices, guiding staff according to SOPs and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Professional Development and Practice: Uphold centre values, stay updated with sector trends, and contribute to initiatives that enhance service and teaching quality.
Requirements
  • Early Years 2 (EY2) certification or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood care and education.
  • Strong passion for working with children and commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and excellent organisational skills.
